All items are shipped to the address you provide at checkout within 5-7 business days from date of purchase. Items are shipped via USPS First class and include a tracking number. If you would like to upgrade your shipping to USPS Priority Mail for faster delivery for an additional charge, please choose that option at checkout. International shipping is also available, however any and all duties or custom charges are the responsibility of customer, not seller.
All items will be carefully packaged first in a plastic bag and then safely in a box or poly bag. I would love to not use plastic bags as to be kinder to the earth, but must do this to ensure the integrity of the hats. Please, do me (and the earth) a favor and recycle or reuse the plastic bag and box used in shipment. :)
Most items are handmade with love and with each customer in mind, so I think you're going to love them as much as I do. However, if for any reason your aren't completely satisfied, please contact me within 10 days of receipt of your order. Please read through all sizing information thoroughly before ordering to avoid returns/exchanges.
Items may be exchanged in unworn/unwashed/undamaged condition. Buyer will be responsible to ship item back to 2 Legged Mermaid before an exchange will shipped. The buyer will be responsible to pay to ship the item back, pay a $5 restocking fee per item, and pay the shipping of the replacement item. Please read details and ask any sizing information prior to ordering to avoid exchange fees.
If a replacement is needed due to the fault of 2 Legged Mermaid, please let us know! We will accomodate without any of the fees mentioned above.
Please remember that colors of items may vary slightly based on the calibration of the monitor used to view the item.
Please carefully box your item back up in it's original (unworn, unwashed) condition within 30 days of receipt of your order and ship it to:2 Legged Mermaid

Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know it is on it's way and provide us with a tracking number (if you choose a method that gives you a tracking number). Once the item(s) have been inspected for new condition, you will receive an invoice for restocking fee and return shipping of new item. If items are shipped back later than 30 days after receipt of your order, order may be turned away and exchange may be refused to be processed.
